The secret code contest is now finished.

Tuesday, March 16th, 2010

Apologies for taking so long between blog updates but, fortunately, we’ve been staying pretty busy lately and it seems this is one of the things that can be put off until “tomorrow”.

We had our three remaining winners of the secret code contest:

James H. of Minneapolis, MN, Clarice S. of Texarkana, TX and Janine C. of Concord, NC.

Congratulations to all the winners who did a lot of digging to find the secret code because, as I think they’d all admit, it was “well hid”.

WE HAVE A WINNER… FROM ACROSS THE POND!

Thursday, February 11th, 2010

How many puzzle pieces were in the jar?   804 to be exact. And our winner hails from way across the pond… Phil T. from Manchester, England who guessed just about as close as you could come without being exact!  He guessed 802 pieces! CONGRATULATIONS PHIL!

Phil has been a fairly regular customer of GoAnywhere Puzzles and bought his first puzzle from us over a year ago! He tells us that he is retired and that he and wife love to do our puzzles together.

We did have 17 different people provide us with 31 different guesses that ranged from a low of  224 all the way up to 1007. Stacy A. from Tulsa, OK got the next closest with a guess of 812… and this was the closest guess until this past week-end. We did have some guesses that were in the high 700’s.. (775 and 782) so everyone did a great job!

Thanks to everyone for participating… we’ll do it again sometime!
