Normally your order will be shipped within 2 working days. If we do not have a puzzle in stock, we will make it and ship within 5 working days. All GoAnywhere Puzzle products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

What is your guarantee?
All GoAnywhere Jigsaw Puzzle Briefcases and all GoAnywhere Puzzles are sold with a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee (less shipping charges).
If you are not satisfied with your briefcase or your puzzle for any reason, please contact us at info@goanywherepuzzles.com to arrange for a return. When the item is received, your credit card will be promptly credited.

Is there any way to know how difficult a given GoAnywhere Jigsaw Puzzle is to assemble?
This is a tough question because some people are “experts”… they are really good at putting puzzles together while others are not as experienced. We have made puzzles that one person can put together in an hour or so while another person might take four or five hours.

Here’s what we do….

First, we have different edges on many of our puzzles. A standard straight edge tends to make a puzzle a little easier to put together while an “anything goes” edge makes it more difficult.

Next, we try to make helpful comments next to each puzzle on our site. We might, for example, say that a puzzle is a “nice, fun puzzle” which means that an expert puzzler would probably find it relatively easy to put together but the average puzzler would still find it an enjoyable challenge. If we think a puzzle is pretty difficult, we’ll tell you so…. “a nice, challenging puzzle” … or “this is a tough one” should be an aid in helping you find the right puzzle.

Also, we make some of our puzzles with larger pieces which are great for the younger set as well as older people who, for whatever reason, might have difficulty with smaller pieces.
